Led by Josh Pierce
The Carousel Auto Appearance team is led by Josh Pierce, a nationally recognized automotive appearance professional, educator, trainer, mentor, product-development specialist, and industry leader with more than two decades of experience in the professional detailing and automotive reconditioning industry.
Josh currently serves as President-Elect of the International Detailing Association (IDA) and as a member of the IDA Board of Directors, helping guide the continued growth, professionalism, education, and advancement of the detailing industry worldwide.
His commitment to the industry has earned him the distinction of being a two-time recipient of the International Detailing Association Outstanding Service Award, recognizing his dedication, leadership, and contributions to the professional detailing community.
Josh is also a Recognized International Trainer, sharing his knowledge and real-world experience with detailing professionals through hands-on education, technical training, seminars, industry events, and mentorship. Over the course of his career, he has become a trusted mentor to detailers and business owners around the world, helping professionals improve their technical abilities, grow their businesses, strengthen their brands, and advance within the industry.
In addition to his work at Carousel Auto Appearance, Josh serves as Brand Development Director for Car Candy Detail Products, where he plays an active role in brand growth, distributor development, professional education, product development, market strategy, and industry outreach.
Throughout his career, Josh has had the opportunity to work on numerous high-profile automotive projects for celebrities, internationally renowned vehicle collectors, prestigious collections, and major automotive events. These experiences have allowed him to work with exceptional vehicles while maintaining the attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and technical standards expected at the highest levels of the automotive industry.
